A: Yes, both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig.

A: Yes, a gas grill with propane included, and a charcoal grill for you to use. BYO charcoal and lighter fluid.

Q: Is there a nearby boat ramp?
A. Yes, there is a private neighborhood boat ramp our guests can use 1 minute away, ask for instructions.

Q: Is the house wheelchair accessible?
A: Yes, we've accommodated the house and property with everything we can think of to help those with physical challenges. This is based on our experience with our 45 year old son who has been wheelchair-bound since birth.

Q: Where is the nearest grocery store?
A: There is an Food Giant in Draffenville or a Walmart in Benton, both 15 minutes away. See our About the Area page under the Menu for more details.

Q: I'm a quilter, is it setup for quilting and crafting?
A: Yes, the lower level walk-out basement is designed for this and is fully setup for a crafting and quilting extravaganza.

Q: Do I need a fishing license for fishing?
A: Yes, they do check in our area for licenses periodically. You can buy one online: License Sales | KY Dept of Fish and Wildlife Resources

A: Yes, a maximum of 2 pets are allowed.
